Regular-Priced Items: You may return any regular-priced sculpture within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are non-returnable. However, they are fully covered under our warranty. If you experience any issues whatsoever with your sculpture, we will provide a full replacement at no cost. If a replacement is unavailable (sold out), you will receive a full refund instead.
Warranty Coverage
All Richie Gallery sculptures are backed by a comprehensive 3 year warranty, ensuring protection against defects, damage during shipping, or any unexpected issues. If you receive a defective or damaged sculpture, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a swift replacement or refund if necessary.
